Lea LeBlond believes that life is a sport – you have to train for it. She practices helping people with this by coaching and personal training. She feels that fitness is a place that supports mental health, body awareness and longevity. She struggled with health issues in her youth -fitness is close to her heart. She wants to help people love their body and what they can do with it. With empathy, confidence in her knowledge and encouragement she commits to her clients and their goals. Her boundless positivity and contagious energy will get you through any rep, set or mental block.
